Watch out when you place an order because they frequently promote items as available, but that's not always the case. You might find yourself waiting ages for a refund, especially if you went through financing. In my case, I ordered something that was marked as in stock on their site, but it turned out to be unavailable. They offered me a B stock item while I waited for new inventory, which I went ahead and accepted. Then, a new version of the item came out that was a bit pricier, so I reached out to see if I could exchange what they sent me for the new one, and I’d cover the price difference. They agreed, telling me to return the item and they’d handle the swap. I sent it back with a note asking for a call once they received it so I could pay the extra. They got the item back, but I never got a call. A week later, I called them up (I knew they had it because I tracked the return and it was signed for). I had their website open, showing the item I wanted as in stock. When I asked about paying the difference, they told me it was out of stock. So, two items that were supposed to be in stock were actually not. I requested to cancel my order and the finance agreement because having this happen twice is just unprofessional and feels really strange. I had to run around to get the finance agreement canceled, and they basically told me that unless I paid a courier fee, it wouldn’t be canceled. This was frustrating since I had an email from one of their staff saying it was already canceled, which turned out to be false. Another staff member later told me the agreement wouldn’t be canceled until I paid that fee. Just be cautious when dealing with this company.

What a shameful company! I ordered a deck stand, but it turns out they just place orders with a supplier after taking your cash. After waiting a whole month, I reached out and was told it was ‘on its way’. Another month passed, and they went silent on emails and wouldn’t pick up the phone. Had to get my £250 back through PayPal. Stay away!
